I share part 1 of my take down bow making experience with you. My objective is to take an old non-working compound bow that I can’t find parts for and turn it into a shtf survival take down bow for a few dollars. I am using some black cherry that was left over from another project and some scrap fiberglass to make the new limbs. I will be re-using the old riser.
